By using soyese.com you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. The service

soyese.com offers personality, reasoning and wellbeing tests for self-discovery and informed entertainment. They are not diagnoses and do not replace a professional evaluation. Read the important notice.

2. Age

You must be over 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Access to what you buy

Your access is linked to your email and a personal code. You are responsible for keeping it safe. You can recover it from "My access".

4. Purchases and prices

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the English site and may be subject to taxes where applicable.
• Single report and pack of 3: one-time payment; access to those tests is permanent while the site is in operation.
• Monthly or yearly membership: renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from "My access"; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• The tests included in the membership may change over time. Tests you bought as a single report or in a pack do not change.
• If we change membership prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

5. Refunds

6. Intellectual property

The tests, texts, design and code belong to OSWALDO GUTIERREZ or its licensors. You may use them personally. You may not copy, resell, scrape them or use them to train systems without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the site for illegal purposes, to breach its security or to assess third parties without their knowledge. Do not share your access with other people.

8. Limitation of liability

Results are approximate. We do not guarantee their accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for medical, hiring, legal or personal decisions made based on them. This does not limit any non-waivable rights the law gives you as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published here is the one in force.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of CIUDAD DE MEXICO, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Contact: contacto@soyese.com.
