Privacy policy

This policy explains how we handle your data on soyese.com. The service is operated from Mexico and is subject to the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

1. Controller

2. Data we collect

• Test answers and results. We do not ask for your name to take a test. If you buy, your results may be linked to the email you pay with.
• Email address and payment data. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• Technical data (IP address, browser, device) for security, fraud prevention and to run the site.
• Anonymous usage statistics (for example, how many people start or finish a test): we use a random identifier stored in your browser, with no name or email, to improve the site.
• Your email, if you choose to leave it to receive your result and news. It is optional, requires your express consent, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send you.
• Cookies and, only if you accept them, the Meta pixel to measure the effectiveness of our ads.

Sensitive data. Some questions are about your personality, emotions or wellbeing, which may be considered sensitive personal data. By answering a test and submitting your answers you give your express consent for us to process them for the purposes in this policy.

3. Purposes

• To calculate and show you your results.
• To manage your purchases and access, and to give you support.
• Security, fraud prevention and compliance with legal and tax obligations.
• To improve the site and the tests with aggregated, anonymous statistics.
• To send you your result and soyese.com news, only if you left your email and authorized us.
• Advertising and measurement, only if you accept the Meta pixel.

4. Transfers and processors

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that process it on our behalf: Stripe (payments), the site's hosting provider, the email provider and, if you accept, Meta Platforms (pixel). Because these providers may be located outside Mexico, your data may be transferred internationally. We may also share it with authorities when the law requires it.

5. Retention

We keep your results while you retain access or until you ask for their deletion, and purchase data for the period required by tax and legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO), request deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@soyese.com with the email linked to your purchase and what you are requesting. We will reply within 20 business days.

7. Cookies and pixel

We use necessary cookies (for example, to keep your access after a purchase) and, only with your consent, the Meta pixel. You can change your choice by clearing the site's data in your browser; the cookie notice will appear again.
